About Me
I have worked in the fitness industry for 10 years. I teach several types of group exercise classes such as Zumba, Spinning, hi/lo, step, boot camp, weight training, and kickboxing. I also consult clients and take them through comprehensive fitness assessments to develop appropriate workout plans. I am tech savvy and combine my knowledge of fitness with computers to generate media such as workout DVDs, promotional materials, and customized fitness CDs. I continue to follow trends in the fitness industry and stay up to date with ACSM's exercise guidelines, driven by a desire to help everyone reach their maximum potential.
